Serbian parliament Speaker Predrag Markovic said last night that all efforts will be made so that the new Constitution comes into force at the formal session to be held on November 5.

Addressing the public at the conclusion of the referendum, Markovic called upon political parties to reach an agreement on Constitutional law to implement the Constitution, so that a special session may be scheduled at which the Constitution will be declared in force.
He stressed that the session at which the Constitution will come into force will be the first one to be held in the House of Parliament.
