Agreement selling 70% of Vrsacki Vinogradi signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has said that representatives of the Agency and representatives of a consortium made up of Vinoprodukt Coka, Rodic MB, and Secer Schaffer signed an agreement selling 70% of Vrsacki Vinogradi from Vrsac.
The selling price amounts to €5.7 million, the investment programme is worth €11.8 million and the buyer agreed to minimum obligations from the social programme.
