This decision will be published in the Official Herald and once the voters' register is concluded, additional voters can be added only through court ruling.
RIK stated that all authorised observers, both domestic and foreign, will be allowed to look after ballot-boxes in the night between October 28 and 29 together with members of the voting commission.
RIK invited all authorised observers to be present at polling places from 8 pm on October 28 until 7 am on October 29, adding that the entire process will be supervised by the Centre for Free Elections and Democracy (CESID).
RIK has also adopted a decision on altering the rules regarding the voting of citizens who due to illness, disability, old age or other reasons cannot come to the polling place. Namely, they will be allowed to vote if by October 29 by 5 pm they inform the voting commission of their wish to vote, after which they will be enabled to vote at home.
RIK has decided that 1,146 displaced persons from Kosovo-Metohija currently living in Zubin Potok in Montenegro will also be allowed to vote there.
