Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Ivica Dačić stated today that all persons who contributed to the detention of five Serbs, directors of health and educational institutions of the Republic of Serbia from the central part of Kosovo and Metohija, will be prosecuted and sanctioned in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Regarding the unlawful and unfounded detention of five Serbs by the provisional institutions of self-government in Priština, Dačić said that the Ministry of the Interior is determined to have all those responsible for this anti-Serb act be treated in the strictest manner in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
