Draft of Serbian new constitution agreed on

Director of the Serbian government’s Office of Media Relations Srdjan Djuric said tonight on RTS that the Draft of the Serbian new constitution has been agreed on.

I am very pleased to inform the public that the text of the new constitution has been agreed on and sent to Serbian parliament, Djuric said.
According to him, tonight around 8 pm, parliament’s sub-committee for constitutional affairs will discuss the agreed text of the Serbian new constitution. The text will then be sent to the Committee for Constitutional Affairs and parliament will vote on it tomorrow.
Djuric said that the final text of the constitution is expected to be established in tomorrow’s parliament sitting and that the date for the referendum on the new constitution should also be set tomorrow.
I want to express my assurances that Serbian citizens will support the new constitution of the Republic of Serbia in the referendum, Djuric added.
