Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić assessed today that relations between Serbia and France are at an exceptionally high level and that cooperation in various fields is being continuously advanced.
During a meeting with French Minister Delegate for Europe Benjamin Haddad, on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Vienna, Đurić noted that Serbia highly appreciates France’s strong support for its European path, particularly the opening of Cluster 3.
He underlined that the European Commission reiterated in its Serbia 2025 Report that the country is fully prepared for the opening of this cluster, which additionally encourages Serbia’s efforts in the accession process.
Đurić and Haddad also discussed the current situation regarding oil company Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) and Serbia’s efforts to resolve it.
