The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the tender commission monitoring the implementation of the public tender for sale of 96.38% of the total registered capital of the socially-owned company “IMK 29. novembar" from Subotica, which is in the process of restructuring, declared the tender unsuccessful after examining the only bid submitted by the consortium comprising “Industrija Mesa Coka” from Coka, “Golija-Impeks Plus” from Vrbas and “Lovcen” from Foca.
According to the statement the decision was brought due to the low price offered for the capital to be sold.
