Hipol from Odzaci sale contract signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that its representatives signed a sale contract yesterday with the second ranked bidder OKRA from Slovenia. The contract concerns the sale of 100% of the socially owned capital of the chemicals industry Hipol from Odzaci - in restructuring.
The purchase price was €301,000 with an investment programme worth €2.6 million; the buyer also unconditionally accepted the minimum obligation from the company’s social welfare programme, reads the statement.
At the tender for the sale of the socially owned capital of the company Hipol from Odzaci, offers were submitted by Italy's R. Polimeri S.p.A. and ORKA from Slovenia.
The sale contract with the Slovenian company, as the second ranked bidder at the tender sale in the privatisation procedure of Hipol, has been signed in accordance with article 24, par.2 of the Decree on sale of capital and property through public tender.
