Bids opened for construction company Partizanski Put

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the tender commission for the sale of 100% of the total registered capital of Belgrade-based construction company Partizanski Put was convened and that only one bid was submitted within the set deadline.
The sole bidder is another Belgrade construction company Beograd who is the only one to have purchased the tender documentation.
Having consulted the Agency's privatisation advisor, the tender commission stated that the sole bidder fulfills the necessary criteria and tender terms.
The Agency's financial and legal consultants will assess the bid within 30 days at the most, starting from the day the bid was opened. The bid will be presented at the commission's second session for Partizanski Put, reads the statement.
