Tender sale of Zemun-based IPM Zmaj declared unsuccessful

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said today that the tender commission monitoring the implementation of the public tender for the sale of 98.64% of company IMK Zmaj from Zemun declared that no offers arrived by the final deadline, July 21, which makes the tender unsuccessful.
The public tender for the sale of 98.64% of the total registered capital of IMK Zmaj from Zemun, now in restructuring, was published on June 8, 2006.
Four companies bought the tender documentation, namely 'Agrooprema from Belgrade, Engrotus Podjetje Za Trgovino from Slovenia, Meridian Balkans Holdings, Road Town, Tortola, BVI and Inter Real Estate Trusty, Tour& Taxis from Belgium.
The deadline for submitting offers was June 7, but the Agency extended the deadline to July 21, according to a statement.
