The government also adopted the Bill amending the Law on Public Information, which introduces a single system for monitoring the co-financing of media projects, thereby ensuring greater transparency in the use of public funds.
Additionally, two decrees related to the supply of natural gas were adopted, aligning domestic legislation with the new European Union regulations and fulfilling obligations undertaken through the signing of the Energy Community Treaty. These regulations define measures and activities for enhancing reliable and efficient gas supply.
The Decree on the Preventive Action Plan to Ensure the Security of Natural Gas Supply includes a risk assessment based on which mitigation and prevention measures have been defined, with the aim of providing long-term reliability and efficiency and encouraging the development of the national gas system.
The Decree on the Crisis Plan to Ensure the Security of Natural Gas Supply was also adopted.
The government adopted the Decision on Financing the Procurement of School Textbooks from the State Budget for the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
Furthermore, it adopted the Decree on Incentives for Investors to Produce Audiovisual Works in Serbia.
These incentives, as before, are non-refundable, with partial reimbursement of qualified expenses incurred in Serbia. One of the new provisions addresses the share of foreign investors in the production of audiovisual content.
The government also adopted the Decree on the Programme to Support the Implementation of Gender Equality Policy for 2025.
