The Decree envisages franchise agreements for a period of at least 10 years, which will ensure business stability and long-term transfer of knowledge to local hotel service providers.
Franchise agreements will contribute to the introduction of uniform operating standards, employee training and improved quality control of services, which contributes to raising the overall level of the healthcare offer and unifying the quality of the tourist experience.
Government members agreed that by the end of 2025 and in 2026, the directors of healthcare institutions, in which work is being carried out to reduce waiting lists, will make a decision on the redistribution of working hours.
This conclusion is made taking into account the great importance of reducing waiting lists in healthcare institutions and the timely provision of healthcare to citizens, as well as the need for employed healthcare workers and associates to exercise their rights as employees.
Government members adopted the Decree on the Proclamation of the Natural Monument "Šalinacki Lug", thereby placing this area under protection as a natural asset of special value and national importance.
The Šalinacki Lug area is home to the largest and oldest representative of ash and pedunculate oak forests in central Serbia, with preserved trees that are about 200 years old.
This valuable area is also characterised by rich biodiversity. It is inhabited by significant species of flora and fauna.
The government also adopted the Decree on the Establishment of a List of Air Quality Categories by Zones and Agglomerations on the Territory of the Republic of Serbia for 2024.
The government adopts this list once a year for the previous calendar year, which is necessary in order to take adequate measures to improve and enhance air quality, as well as to enable continuous monitoring of the effects of measures taken in areas with the second category of air quality.
