According to a statement from the Privatisation Agency, the property included a production hall, eaves, a steel warehouse, offices, a playground and two parking lots.
Uzice’s Prvi Partizan bought Tvrdi Metal’s hall for a total of 20.5 million dinars, higher than the starting price of 19.95 million while it paid 1.1 million for the warehouse, some 300,000 higher from the starting price.
The eaves was sold for 2.14 million to Uzice’s Rad Raso. The starting price stood at 1.12 million dinars.
Grafoprint Sevojno is buyer of Tvrdi Metal offices and paid a total of 975,000 dinars, higher from the starting price of 952,500 dinars.
The starting price for the playground stood at 170,520 dinars and was sold to Grafoprint Sevojno for 174,000 while the two parking lots whose initial price amounted to 304,065 dinars were sold for 312,000 dinars.
