Tender for sale of Rakovica motors industry declared unsuccessful

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the tender commission that monitors implementation of the public tender for the sale of 100% of socially-owned capital of the Rakovica motors industry, declared the tender unsuccessful since no bids had been submitted until the deadline of May 17.
The statement reads that the public invitation for the sale of 100% of the company's socially-owned capital was announced on December 23, 2005.
Thee companies purchased the tender documentation within the deadline set in the public invitation. Those firms are "International Tractors Limited" from India, "Mahindra & Mahindra Limited", India, and "Simpson & Co Limited", India.
