Tender for sale of Majdanpek declared unsuccessful

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission that monitors the implementation of the public tender for sale of 82% of the total registered capital of the Bor mining and metallurgical complex and the Majdanpek industry for metal processing declared the tender unsuccessful.
The Agency explained that the only bidder "Societe Commerciale de Metaux et Minerais SCMM Rene Aumas" from Paris did not extend its offer, which expired on June 21 this year. For that reason, it was decided to terminate the negotiations and not to conclude the contract on the sale of 82% capital of Majdanpek.
