Privatisation Agency calls bidders for RTB Bor to apply for preliminary visit to data rooms

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said that it published in today’s issue of daily Politika a public call for preliminary visit to data rooms to bidders interested in privatisation of RTB Bor’s copper mines in Majdanpek and Bor as well as its smelting and refinery plant.
Interested bidders have until July 14 to submit a written request for participation in the preliminary visit to data rooms. The process will last from June 4 until July 21.
To qualify, interested companies or consortiums must be engaged in developing and managing similar property, trade or the processing of non-ferrous metals in the past two years, they must have an annual revenue of more than €30 million, total property whose value is higher than €30 million and the value of property they manage must be above €90 million.
The Agency said it expects the public call for tender sale will be published in July.
