Parivodic told journalists that around 3% of nationalised property belonged to churches and religious communities, adding that most of that property is currently held by the state, so it will be easy to return that property.
He explained that the property may be returned in alternative real estates or in state bonds.
This will be a serious civilisation argument and legal basis to ask for the return of Serbian Orthodox Church property in Kosovo-Metohija, Parivodic said.
This act protects the interests of both old and new owners as well as that of the state, he said and explained that all sides will be a little dissatisfied.
