Serbian parliament affirms Deputy Prime Minister's resignation

Serbian parliament has affirmed the resignation submitted by Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus, thus ending his mandate to that position.
At the beginning of the session, Serbian parliament speaker Predrag Markovic said that he received Labus's resignation. He explained that according to law, parliament should only affirm the resignation.
On behalf of MPs, Markovic thanked Labus for everything he had done regarding Serbia's EU accession process.
