Metropol hotel goes private for €27.4 million

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said that Sophia Hotel Balkan from Sofia bought Belgrade-based hotel Metropol, partly owned by Dunav Osiguranje.

The initial price in the auction stood at €16 million while the hotel was sold for €27.4 million.
Other bidders in the auction were Balterion Limited Nicosia, Inter Real Estate Trusty Brussels and KLC Holdings IV SA.
