The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that representatives of the Agency and the Consortium of companies PZP Nis from Nis and Europark from Belgrade yesterday signed an agreement on the purchase of 70% of socially-owned capital of Srbijaautoput road company from Belgrade.
The statement by the Agency says that the main elements of the agreement are a selling price of €1 million, an investment programme worth €3 million, and the acceptance of minimum and additional obligations from the social welfare programme.
The Consortium PZP Nis and Europark was the only bidder for the purchase of 70% of socially-owned capital of Srbijaautoput.
