The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that yesterday its representatives signed a sale contract with representatives of the company Delta M from Belgrade. The contract concerns the sale of 70% of the socially owned capital of the company Danubius from Novi Sad.
The purchase price was €10.75 million, with an investment programme worth €6.79 million; the buyer also unconditionally accepted the minimum obligations from the company’s social welfare programme as well as an array of additional obligations, reads the statement.
At the tender for the sale of 70% of the socially owned capital of the company Danubius from Novi Sad, which represents 63.72% of the company's total capital, offers were submitted by the Belgrade-based Delta M company and a consortium of MK Komerc from Novi Sad and Fidelinka from Subotica.
