Tender for the sale of “Pancevo Glass Industry” unsuccessful

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the tender commission which is monitoring the implementation of public tender for sale of 100% of the total registered capital of the socially-owned company “Pancevo Glass Industry” which is in the process of restructuring, declared the tender unsuccessful at its first session held on January 31.
The commission concluded that the package, submitted by the Greek firm “Yioula Glassworks” within the deadline set in the public invitation announced on October 7 last year, which is the only one that bought tender documentation, is not a valid bid for the purchase of capital, as prescribed by the public invitation and tender documentation.
