The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the first session of the tender commission for the international shipping company “Jugosped”, Belgrade, which began on January 23, continued on February 3 and on that occasion public opening of the two bids received was held for purchase of 70% of the socially owned capital of this company.
The statement says that the commission noted that bids were made within the envisaged time period by the Consortium “TT Cargo” from Lichtenstein, “TTC Logistic” from Belgrade, and “Home Art & Sales Services” from Switzerland.
Tender documentation was bought by three potential investors: Consortium “TT Cargo”, and “TTC Logistic”, “Home Art & Sales Services”, as well as “Viskol” from Veternik, but only the first two investors offered bids.
Financial and legal consultants for the Serbian Privatisation Agency will assess the bids received in a period of 30 days, starting from the day of opening, which will be presented on the second session of the tender commission, reads the statement.
