The Serbian Privatisation Agency said in a statement today that the tender commission for the sale of 70 percent of the socially-owned capital of “Danubius” from Novi Sad, has confirmed that companies "Delta M" from Belgrade and the consortium of "MK Komerc" from Novi Sad and "Fidelinka" from Subotica have submitted their bids within the set time limit.
The statement adds that "Sojaprotein" from Becej, "Invej" from Zemun and "Rodic M&B Co" from Kula have also submitted their bids.
The Agency's financial and legal consultants will asses the bids within 30 days at the most from the day they are opened, and the results will be presented at the second session of the tender commission, reads the statement.
The tender commission was led by Serbian Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Danilo Golubovic and it included Director of the "Danubius" company Milorad Sredanovic, deputy chairman of the Novi Sad City Council Rada Marinkov, head of the group at the Minister of Economy Zoran Tadic, and "Danubius" secretary Sava Popovic.
