Bids for the sale of “IMT- Fabrika Otkovaka” opened

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that today the public opening of written bids for the sale of the property of the bankrupt company “IMT- Fabrika Otkovaka” of Jasa Tomic was held today.
The commission concluded that, in accordance with the advertisement of the sale of property, five valid bids were received that were sent by bidders: HD WERKZEUGMASHINENHANDEL of Germany, PRESSTRADE of Germany Livnica Kikinda, of Kikinda, CIMOS Automobilska Industrija of Kopra and Fabrika FKL of Temerin.
Following the opening of the written bids the commission concluded that the highest bid offered for property in its entirety is 112 million dinars, and it has been offered by CIMOS of Kopra, reads the statement.
The commission has pronounced this bidder as the most successful one, considering the fact that the price it offers surpasses the value of the property in its entirety, which has been estimated at 99.526 million dinars.
