The Serbian parliament adopted today the 2022 Budget Law with 203 votes in favour and one abstention.
The law envisages revenues in the amount of RSD 1,516.9 billion, expenditures in the amount of RSD 1,717 billion and a deficit of RSD
200.2 billion.
The law projects an economic growth of 4.5 percent, and the maximum share of public debt in the GDP of 56.5 percent.
In addition, a 5.5 percent growth in pensions is planned as of 1 January, with an one-off payment in the amount of RSD 20,000 in February, an average growth of salaries in the public sector of 7.4 percent, as well as setting aside RSD 486 billion for capital investments.
