The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that its representatives have signed a sale contract with representatives of Austria’s Strabag construction company. The contract, signed on November 2, concerns the sale of 70 percent of the socially owned capital of PZP Zajecar from Zajecar.
The purchase price was €3.939 million, with an investment programme worth €3 million, and the buyer also unconditionally accepted the minimum obligations from the company’s social welfare programme as well as an array of other obligations.
Two offers were made at the tender, called on March 24, 2005, one by the Nis-based company PZP Nis, and the other by Strabag.
At the commission’s second meeting, the results of the negotiations were accepted and the tender commission adopted the tender list according to which Strabag was declared the first ranked bidder, reads the statement.
