Government gives consent for setting up Jat-Tehnika

The Serbian government adopted at its session today a bill on amendments to the Law on the Fund for the Development of Serbia.
A Decree was passed by the government on issuing extra-payment postage stamps themed “Fight AIDS”.
The government decided that the family house of Mileva Maric-Einstein in Novi Sad will be declared part of the Serbian cultural heritage.
At the session, the 2005 business agenda of the public limited company Sar Mountain National Park also was agreed upon.
The government gave consent to the setting up of an independent public limited company for Jat Airways’ technical division, to be called Jat Tehnika, as a separate entity.
An Information on implementing a project for improving the state of schools in Serbia was also adopted.
The government adopted an Action plan for decreasing the number of employees in the education sector.
The government passed a Decree on the criteria for establishing relevant markets.
An Information was also adopted concerning the fourth report on the implementation process of the Action plan for the realisation of priorities necessary for EU partnership.
An Information was also passed concerning the upcoming session of a mixed commission for road traffic between Serbia-Montenegro and Slovakia scheduled for November 10 and 11 in Bratislava.
The government adopted an Information on the basis for the participation in the First Annual Summit of Ministers to be held on November 10 in Skopje, and on the necessity of signing an agreement on establishing the South East Europe Transport Observatory (SEETO).
