Tender for sale of Sloga from Vladicin Han declared unsuccessful

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of conducting the public tender for the sale of 70 percent of socially-owned capital of the Sloga company from Vladicin Han decided not to approve the contract of sale between the Privatisation Agency and the only bidder, the Consortium composed of Dunav Holdings Inc, Arizona USA, Vlajko Mitrovic, Vladicin Han and Pies Unikum d.o.o. Belgrade.
On September 19, the tender commission brought a unanimous decision to approve the conclusion of the contract of sale, but since this commission later did not accept the decision of the commission for negotiations, the tender was declared unsuccessful, in line with Article 21a of the Decree on the sale of capital and property through public tender.
