Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antic and Deputy Prime Minister of the Czech Republic and Minister of Trade and Industry Karel Havlicek today agreed in Prague to continue intensive cooperation between the two countries in the mining and energy sector.

Antic, who is staying with Prague's delegation in Prague at the invitation of Havlicek, said that an agreement was reached on jointly defining all key priorities in energy policies.
The Minister specified that concrete cooperation was agreed in the field of mining, geological research, geological institutes and institutes of mining and metallurgy of the two countries, as well as a whole range of institutional matters and frameworks that will be defined and jointly implemented at the level of two governments and two ministries in the forthcoming period.
He stressed that the Serbian delegation, which included representatives of EPS and Resavica had a very successful two-day visit to the Czech Republic and very informative discussions with representatives of several Czech companies.
