Patriarch Pavle holds liturgy in Gracanica

Patriarch Pavle with Bishop Artemije of Raska-Prizren and Kosovo-Metohija, Bishop Teodosije and the former Bishop of Zahum-Hercegovina Atanasije, held the Saint Vid’s Day morning liturgy in Gracanica monastery in Kosovo-Metohija.

Apart from several hundreds believers, the liturgy was attended by Foreign Minister of Serbia and Montenegro Vuk Draskovic, Serbian Minister of Culture Dragan Kojadinovic, envoys of Serbian President Boris Tadic, as well as participants in the event themed “Poetic Holy Communion of Saint Vid ”.
Patriarch Pavle will hold today a memorial service for Kosovo heroes on Gazimestan.
This morning, prelates of the Serbian Orthodox Church also held the holy archpriest liturgy and a memorial service in the unfinished church of Saint Dimitrije in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica, in the Saint Djordje temple in Zvecan, as well as in other churches and temples in northern Kosovo-Metohija.
