Agreement on sale of Vranje Road Company signed

Representatives of the Serbian Privatisation Agency and the Nis Road Company, as the buyer, have signed an agreement on the sale of 70 percent of socially-owned capital in the Vranje Road Company.
The agreement, signed on June 14, includes €2.05 million for the capital, and investment programme of €2.44 million, and unconditional acceptance of all the demands from the company’s social programme.
