A state event dedicated to marking the Day of Remembrance of killed and exiled Serbs in the Croatian military-police operation "Storm", which killed 2,000 and expelled more than 200,000 Serbs, was held tonight in Veternik near Novi Sad.

Patriarch of Serbian Irinej served the service, and the ceremony was attended by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, Prime Minister Ana Brnabic, ministers, as well as refugees and expelled Serbs, family members of the victims of "Storm" and numerous citizens.
Vucic spoke with representatives of Serbs from all countries of the region this afternoon, except from Albania.
The meeting in the City Hall in Novi Sad was held without the presence of the media, and upon its completion, all participants attended the marking of the mentioned event.
