Excerpts of documentary “Notes on the Stone” screened in Moscow

Fragments of the documentary “Notes on the Stone” authored by Ninoslav Randjelovic presenting destroyed Orthodox churches and monasteries in Kosovo-Metohija were presented in Moscow. The author and producer, who is also member of the Serbian government’s Council for Kosovo-Metohija, announced that three documentaries will be screened in many cultural institutions in Moscow.

The material served as introduction into a press conference by head of the Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija Nebojsa Covic at the end of his visit to Russia. The material presented Orthodox monasteries and churches in the southern Serbian province in 1998, 1999 and 2004.
The film features destroyed and desecrated sanctities in the monasteries of Sveti Vraci in Orahovac and Bogorodica Ljeviska in Prizren.
Randjelovic said that the documentary is available for Russian media on CDs at the Serbia-Montenegrin Embassy to Moscow.
The documentaries featured by Ninoslav Randjelovic are also available on the Serbian government’s website for Kosovo-Metohija.
