The five villages include: Skulanevo, Suvi Do, Radevo, Lepine and Novo Naselje.
Slavko Janicijevic, Serb representative in talks with Lipljan municipality president Dzevat Oluri, told the Beta news agency that two-thirds of the debt for electric power has been paid, and added that an agreement has been reached calling for every household to pay €26.5 for the past month.
The Serb part of Lipljan and the five surrounding Serb villages were without electricity since December 20 last year after damages to the network. The Kosovo Energy Corporation has said they cannot repair damages due to a lack of funds.
