Documentary “The Enclaves of Kosovo” to be screened tomorrow

Documentary “The Enclaves of Kosovo,” made after the pogrom of Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija and destruction of Serbian churches and monasteries in March last year, will be screened tomorrow evening at the Art Cinema of the Belgrade Ethnography Museum.
The Kvadrat centre for visual communications from Belgrade, which is one of the organisers of the programme, stated that the screening will be attended by the author of the film, Italian director, theologian and historian of art Elisabetta Valgiusti.
Valgiusti will speak about the ‘Save the Monasteries’ campaign, which she launched in Italy. As part of that campaign, Father Sava from the Decani monastery participated at a press conference held at the Italian parliament in Rome.
The film is 53 minutes long. Representatives of the Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija, the Serbian Bureau for Protection of Monuments, the Serbian Orthodox Church as well as esteemed historians of art will participate in the discussion following the screening.
The programme is being organised by the Kvadrat centre, the Ethnographic Museum and the Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija.
