Serbian Parliament adopts five laws

Serbian MPs adopted today the Law on amendments to the Law on planning and construction and the Law on energy, which introduces full implementation of the Third EU Energy Package and provides greater consumer protection.

The parliament also adopted the Law on amendments to the Law on registers and the Law on amendments to the Law on special conditions for registration of property rights to buildings constructed without a building permit.
The Law on ratification of the Framework Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Commission on the rules for the implementation of the financial assistance of the EU to the Republic of Serbia under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II) was also adopted.
The adoption of these laws and the playing of national anthem "God of Justice" and the participation of the Serbian Army Guard marked the end of the autumn session of the Parliament.
