The two officials stressed great importance of the role of KFOR in the process of further cooperation between Belgrade, Pristina and the international community in a move to normalise relations and improve security for the citizens in the province.
They agreed on the need for continued dialogue on all outstanding issues in Kosovo-Metohija, which would result in an acceptable solution for all parties and no unilateral reactions.
Djuric, during his visit to the southern province, also met with representatives of Serbs from northern Kosovo to discuss everyday life problems and the current issues for the Serbian community in Kosovo-Metohija.
In the village of Jagnjenica, between Zvecan and Zubin Potok, he visited the returnees Pera Spasojevic and promised that the Office will help build a new house for him.
Djuric also announced a comprehensive plan for the return of displaced persons.
