The Serbian Parliament adopted the Law on privatisation, amendments to the Bankruptcy Law and amendments to the Law on the registration procedure at the Serbian Business Registers Agency, as well as the laws on public information and the media, the electronic media and public service media.

The Parliament adopted the Law on privatisation, which envisions completion of the privatisation process of the 584 remaining socially and state owned companies.
The deadline for transforming them into privately owned companies is 31 December 2015.
The law has the character of lex specialis to remove obstacles that could possibly arise from conflict with other laws.
Under the Law on public information and the media, the process of privatisation of the media will end on 1 July next year.
The Law on electronic media precisely defines the jurisdiction of the Serbian providers of audio-visual media services in terms of the transition to digital broadcasting.
The lawmakers adopted the Law on public service media, which regulates the operation of public service media RTS and RTV, specifies their obligation to work on the principles of truthful, unbiased, complete and timely information, prohibition of censorship, respect for human rights, as well as funding from the budget until 2016.
The adoption of these laws concluded the seventh extraordinary session of the Parliament.
