RIK President Dejan Djurdjevic said that the RIK received the logs from 5,483 polling stations.
The coalition SPS-JS-PUPS came in second with 14.05% or 45 mandates, followed by New Democratic Party (NDS) and Democratic Party (DS), with 18 and 17 mandates respectively.
Those were the only parties to cross the election threshold, he stated.
Three minority parties also succeeded in securing seats in the parliament. The Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians won 9 seats, the Sandzak Party of Democratic Action won 3 and the Party of Democratic Action led by Riza Halimi won 2.
The ballots from 90 polling stations in Kosovo have not been processed yet.
