Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said tonight, after the 22nd round of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels, that the positions of the two sides on the judiciary are closer, and that the working groups will continue to finalise an agreement on the issue.

Dacic said after talks with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton and Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci that it was agreed in general that one court is established in Kosovska Mitrovica whose territorial jurisdiction will extend to seven municipalities, while the ethnic composition of the court will be in line with the ethnic structure of the population.
Today's meeting in Brussels was also attended by First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, Minister without Portfolio in charge of Kosovo-Metohija Aleksandar Vulin and advisor to the Serbian President Marko Djuric.
