Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica offered greetings today to Serbian Patriarch Pavle, the clergy and all Orthodox believers on the occasion of Orthodox Easter.

"On the occasion of the great holiday of resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ - Easter, I offer greetings with all my heart, on behalf of the Serbian government, to His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Pavle, the clergy, the monkery and all Orthodox believers.
The days of the Eastern holiday are the days of hope in better future and faith that we can bring about progress and stability of our society by respecting fundamental values of justice, mutual respect and love for one's neighbour.
I wish all believers to spend the Easter holiday in peace, love and true welfare, and share the joy with all people of good will."
