Greater turnout at elections re-run in Kosovska Mitrovica

Minister without portfolio responsible for Kosovo-Metohija Aleksandar Vulin stated today that the turnout of voters at the re-run of elections in Kosovska Mitrovica is much higher than on 3 November and added that if this trend continues, the mayor could be elected already in the first round.

After visiting all three polling stations, Vulin said that he is very satisfied with the peaceful progress of the voting process and with the fact that citizens are carrying out their civic duty without an atmosphere of fear, pressure, violence and riots.
