All sides must abide by Brussels agreement

Minister without portfolio responsible for Kosovo-Metohija Aleksandar Vulin stated today in Zvecan that the Brussels agreement will have to be respected, as Serbia is doing, and recalled that the Community of Serbian municipalities will be formed after the local elections scheduled for 3 November.

Vulin explained that the Community of Serbian municipalities will be formed by the adoption of a constitutional law by Serbian parliament in which it will transfer all its competencies on the Community.
The Minister confirmed that the Draft statute of the Community is currently being prepared by the management team established by the government and said that this document should be completed before the elections.
Today Vulin visited the Zvecan municipality in the north of Kosovo-Metohija, where he visited the department store "Metal", a reconstructed road towards the Zvecan cemetery and two residential buildings in construction located in the centre of Zvecan.
The construction of the buildings is financed by the Serbian government, through the Office for Kosovo-Metohija, in cooperation with the municipality of Zvecan and the University of Pristina, with the interim headquarters in Kosovska Mitrovica.
