A meeting of Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci in Brussels today marked the beginning of a new round of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
Dacic and Thaci had separate bilateral meeting without the presence of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton for the first time since the beginning of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
They will then hold separate meetings with Ashton, to be followed by a trilateral meeting.
The main topics of the present round of dialogue are local elections in Kosovo on 3 November, energy and telecommunications.
