Jocic said that the investigation has been completed, and that the trial is underway. He said that the warrant for Lukovic's arrest is still valid. The Minister said that his every statement on the case will be aimed at discovering the truth, because that is his intention and duty.
Concerning the reactions of the public to an interview he gave recently to the Belgrade daily Blic, Jocic said that one must not make conclusions on such a serious matter as the prime minister's assassination on the basis of a front page title, but from the content of the whole text.
Jocic stressed that he would not comment on the statement that Milorad Lukovic Legija "is not the state enemy number one", because in his opinion, an individual cannot be stronger than the state and no one should be made an idol, the FoNet news agency reported.
