Blast in northern Kosovska Mitrovica strongly condemnded

The Office for Kosovo-Metohija strongly condemned the attack on a residential building in Kosovska Mitrovica, at which an explosive device was thrown last night.
The Office said that according to preliminary information, a large explosive device was thrown through the destructive power in a terrace apartment on the first floor, adding that the explosion almost completely destroyed the flat.
There have been no reports of casualties, but the blast caused significant material damage.
The Office for Kosovo-Metohija called once again on the international community to urgently find and punish the perpetrators.
KFOR is requested to guarantee safety in the entire territory of Kosovo-Metohija, and especially for Serbs who live north of the Ibar River and have lately been subjected to daily attacks, the statement said.
