The statement said that independence was proclaimed against the will of the UN Security Council, and regardless of the refusal of the Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija.
During this period, firearms against the Serbs were used 51 times, there were 11 set explosive devices, 15 hand grenades and Molotov cocktails, 25 attacks, while 201 Orthodox cemeteries and places of worship were desecrated.
197 tombs were destroyed, the cultural and historical buildings were attacked ten times, 135 Serbian houses were stoned, fire was set on the Serbian property 48 times, 106 Serbian houses were looted, 13 forests owned by Serbs were burned, while the monastery under the protection of UNESCO Decani was attacked and no one knows the exact number of stolen cattle, cars and farm machinery.
Also, on 4 February, a bomb was thrown at the three-year-old Serbian boy and a nine-year-old girl. Four Serbs were killed and 254 suffered injuries, while there were 203 attacks against the Serb population per year on average, one in every two days.
The so-called independent Kosovo offers Serbs no European standards, privatisation is valid solely for the Albanians, and 40,000 Serbian demands for restitution and damages are waiting for a response in vain.
There is no state, but apartheid, in Kosovo, with only two perpetrators convicted for 1,004 Serbian victims.
We call on the international community to accept the reality, and the reality is that there is no identical treatment of all people living in Kosovo-Metohija and that without conviction of the perpetrators of the crimes there can be no reconciliation and progress.
Serbia will never recognise the so-called independent Kosovo, and without the consent of Serbia and the Serbs in Kosovo, there can be no just and lasting solution.
