Dacic told the Tanjug news agency that the destruction of tombstones at Serbian cemeteries is an inhumane act.
I warn the international forces and organisations in Kosovo-Metohija that their obligation is to provide peace and security for all citizens, their property and cultural heritage, said Dacic.
He also said that yesterday's removal of the monument in Presevo cannot be the cause of this because the
illegally erected memorial to KLA and LAPMB was removed from there.
Here we are talking about the destruction of cemeteries and attacks on churches and monasteries, which is not what happened in the south of Serbia nor it ever will, said the Prime Minister.
Last night unknown perpetrators damaged Orthodox cemeteries in the Serbian villages in Kosovo – Priluzje, Milosevo and Plemetina,
while 27 gravestones were destroyed yesterday in the village of Klokot, in the municipality of Vitina.
