Condemnation of incidents in Suvi Do, Brdjani

The Serbian government’s Office for Kosovo-Metohija condemned in the harshest terms yesterday’s incidents in Suvi Do and Brdjani.
Yesterday around 16.00 a bus carrying Serbs from Kosovska Mitrovica was stoned at the entrance to Suvi Do.
Earlier the same day in the neighbourhood of Brdjani a vehicle of the Electric Power Industry of Serbia was stoned after workers of this company cut electricity to illegally connected consumers.
Fortunately, there were no casualties in any of the incidents, but material damage was caused.
The Office for Kosovo-Metohija requests from the international community to immediately find and punish the perpetrators of these incidents and provide Serbs in the entire territory of Kosovo-Metohija the right to work and normal life, it is added in the statement.
